GENERAL STANDARDS

  • The daily rates start at 14:00 and end at 12:00 on the departure date.

  • The breakfast buffet is served daily from 8:30 am to 10:30 am.

  • Smoking is prohibited in apartments and eating areas in accordance with LAW: 13,541 / 2009 with a fine for non-compliance. Use our reserved spaces for this purpose.

  • Any type of noise between 10 pm and 8 am or excesses that may disturb other guests, at any time, is prohibited.

  • In case of early check-in, breakfast will not be included. Consult employees about the fee if you want to serve yourself at the buffet.

  • The cleaning of the room and the change of bed and bath linen are carried out after the 3rd night. Before that period, room service, change of sheets and towels can be requested for a fee.

  • It is forbidden to take the towel from the inn for outings, under penalty of a fine in the amount of 30% of the current daily rate.

  • Broken or damaged objects will be charged at checkout.

  • The loss of the key implies the replacement of the lock and the replacement value of keys for all suites and the entrance gate.

  • It is forbidden the entry of people who are not staying and registered at the inn, the permanence will be charged the daily rate.

  • The inn has a private garage at the front and next to the inn, both closed but without insurance. The responsibility rests entirely with the vehicle owner.

For credit card installments : Pay your reservation up to 6x interest-free on your credit card. The installment must reach the minimum of R $ 100.00.

Payment is made by the customer himself via the Cielo payment link, sent via whatsapp or email. The reservation is confirmed after sending the proof of the completed and approved transaction.

  • FOR GROUPS

The remaining amount must be paid within 7 days before the check-in date. Unless a different type of agreement is agreed for payment in a contract.
Failure to comply with these rules will be considered "Cancellation" and will be subject to a fine according to the date of cancellation, as described in the Cancellation Policy.

SPECIAL POLICY PANDEMIA COVID-19
Due to the instability caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Pousada Parque Imperial understands that the client can reschedule his stay for another date, within the period of 6 months using the items below:
- The guest can reschedule the date of their stay, using a letter of credit in the total amount paid;
- The value of the new stay will be the one in force on the new date and the letter of credit will be used as part or total of the payment without any type of discount or charge in its use;
- The letter of credit is valid for 6 months from the date of entry of the reserve to be rescheduled, however if the pandemic extends, new dates can be negotiated;
- The letter of credit must be used at once, valid for direct entry and exit, without cutting the dates of the accommodation;
- We do not refund change;
This policy will apply to accommodation during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Cancellation policy (Norbrative Resolution No. 161/95 of Embratur)

Content or start of the package or daily, the amount paid and refunded as follows:

  • With 31 days or more prior to entry, the refund will be full, minus 10% of administrative fees.

  • Between 30 and 8 days prior to entry, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

  • 7 days prior to the start of the entry, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.

  • We do not accept checks.

No show policy

NO SHOW - Withdrawal without prior cancellation:

  • Failure to attend without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation).

  • The vacancy will remain available during the first night. After this period the reservation will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), making the vacancy available to another interested party.

  • There will be no refund of the amount paid under any circumstances, including due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.

WITHDRAWAL AFTER ENTRY:

  • The cancellation of stay on arrival or after entering the hostel, as well as early departure for any reason, including due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, will not entitle you to any kind of refund, cash refund or credit on new nights , causing the total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily.

Policy for children and adolescents

  • One child under the age of 5: will be accommodated at no extra cost as long as they are accommodated in the same bed as their parents.

  • One child from 6 to 10 years old: 50% of the adult fee will be charged per night and children 11 years and older will be charged the adult fee.

  • Article 82 of Federal Law No. 8,069, Statute of Children and Adolescents, establishes: the accommodation of children or adolescents (under 18 years old) in hotels, motels, pensions or similar establishments is prohibited, unless authorized or accompanied by parent or guardian.

  • Finally, they clarify that such guidance is only intended to prevent problems of enterprise in order to avoid future annoyances, clarifying, further, that in the absence of documents, a minor's stay is not possible.
